Promoting UK surgical standards
Working in partnership with the UK Royal College of Surgeons (RCS) (England, Scotland, Ireland), Minerva helped to secure awareness, acceptance and adoption of the new online (ISCP) surgical curriculum to create ‘Safer Surgeons’.
Two years’ internal & external communications strategic work by Minerva culminated in the organisation of a launch event in London at the RCS, hosted by celebrity speaker and broadcaster Nick Ross and addressed by a range of expert speakers and surgeons from across the UK & Ireland.
The online system is now in common use, enhancing the accurate recording of education & experience of surgeons, enabling the sharing of vital knowledge, and ultimately delivering better-informed patient choice and improved health outcomes.
