Minerva is excited to continue working with the Marie Curie funded ITN project, Health CASCADE, after delivering the first complementary skills capacity development workshop to the 15 Early-Stage Researchers (ESRs).

Our Minerva workshop focused on communications strategy and the development of content to meet the needs of those involved in the project and all stakeholders. Utilising blogs as core content to be used across all online personal and professional channels was the primary focus together with writing for the web, and strategic campaign planning.

Through a series of interactive tasks utilising an online whiteboard, the 15 ESRs were able to collaborate and co-create to identify elements of a successful communications campaign, factors contributing to a ‘good website’, and highlight ‘sink-or-swim’ components of a blog.
